ONLINE SHOP DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE ONLINE SHOP
The products in the online shop are sold by Olecranon Oy (Business ID 1859485-5).
We sell products to adult natural persons and companies in Finland and the following countries: Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Italy, Spain, France.

All our prices include 24% value-added tax and are given in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to cancel the order or make changes to prices, if the price of the product ordered does not correspond to actual market prices due to a technical fault in the online shop or human error, for example.
We reserve the right to change sales regions, prices and terms.
The customer commits to the valid terms of delivery in connection with each order.
PLACING AN ORDER
Products are ordered through the online shop at www.olecranon.fi.
All orders are confirmed via e-mail. Receiving an order confirmation requires that the customer provide their e-mail address in connection with the order. Please also provide your telephone number in connection with the order for the purpose of receiving delivery notifications.
After you have received a message from us about your delivery being processed, but the delivery has not arrived within the normal estimated delivery time, please inquire for your parcel at your closest post office or pick-up point. This applies to deliveries with no tracking number. Please only contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org if the delivery cannot be found.
We send order confirmations via e-mail after each successfully placed order, detailing the following information:
- order number
- theproducts you ordered
- total sum of order
- customer name
- customer address
If you placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation for some reason, please contact the seller via e-mail immediately at email@example.com.
Customers may use payment cards or other methods offered by Stripe to pay for their order. Payments are forwarded by the Stripe Payments Europe Limited payment service provider registered in Ireland.

Orders are always processed in the order they are received.
Processing time for your order: 1–5 working days from the order.
Estimated delivery time within Finland: 2–4 working days from the processing of the order.
Estimated delivery time to other countries: 3–7 working days from the processing of the order.
We usually process orders on the following weekday after the order was placed. The delivery times provided here are estimates and do not bind the seller. Olecranon is not responsible for any damages and/or additional costs incurred to the customer if the delivery is delayed. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to national holidays.
We deliver orders as packages or letters depending on their size. The deliveries are carried out by Posti (Posti Group) and its cooperation partners. If the carrier is not Posti or one of its cooperation partners, the customer will be notified separately.
If the customer fails to collect their parcel, we shall charge the customer for any costs incurred. We will also charge the customer for any fees incurred due to faulty information given by the customer (e.g. incorrect address / telephone number).

Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy is shown as the receiver of your payment in the bank account listing and in your invoice. Paying with Visma Pay is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

With Visma Pay you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Jousto, Enterpay Company Invoice, MobilePay, Masterpass and Pivo
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

Jousto invoice and part-payment is a Finnish service for making purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is for private persons having their economy in balance. With Jousto you will get 30 days time to pay without interest or expenses. After you have received an invoice, you can decide to pay it at once or in parts. You can pay our purchase in up to 36 parts, starting from 9,90 eur/month. Expenses for Jousto part-payment are 3,90 eur/month and 19,90% interest. With Jousto you can pay purchases from 30 to 3000 eur. Aurajoki Nordic Oy issues the credit. Read more from www.jousto.com.
Enterpay Business invoice: You can pay the order with an invoice by using Enterpay Company Invoice. The payment term is 14 days. Invoicing fee is 5,00 EUR. Invoice will be sent by Arvato Financial Systems and credit is granted by Enterpay Finance Oy.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Purchases come with a 14-day exchange and returns policy calculated from the date the item was received. If the item was delivered by post without tracking, the delivery is deemed delivered and received 8 days from dispatch.
If the returned product is not faulty, the customer must pay for the return fee.
Returned products must be in unopened packages and fit for sale. If these terms are met, the customer may receive a refund, if they do not wish to exchange the product.
You can return products by contacting us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and asking for more detailed instructions on how to return products.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If a product is damaged or otherwise faulty, youmust submit a notice of a faulty delivery or product at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
If the item was delivered by post without tracking, the delivery is deemed delivered and received 8 days from dispatch.
We are not responsible for any damage caused to the customer by a broken product.
ISSUES WITH DELIVERIES
We are not liable to pay for re-delivery if the address provided by the customer is incorrect. An unclaimed parcel that has been returned to us is always processed as a return. We do not re-deliver returned parcels.
Failing to claim parcels at the delivery location is not considered a return or cancellation. A separate fee of EUR 20 will be charged for any parcel not claimed.
Please check the condition of the parcel immediately after receipt. If the packaging and product have been damaged during transport, you should submit a damage report at the post office. Please contact us after this at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the product has been lost or damaged during transportation or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must notify us immediately at email@example.com
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Customers must read the delivery terms valid at any time before placing an order.
